Part and parcel of Raya activities. Besides munching non-stop lazing infront of the tv, posing infront of the camera is a must. Here goes.....

Kuih Raya

First and foremost, thousand apologies for the long silence. We were unable to post as often as we would love to due to our hectic schedule. But since Ramadhan has gone, the workload certainly has reduced tremendously. We hope we are still not late in wishing everybody Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Maaf Zahir Batin.

These oreo flavoured minis were ordered non other by Mimi and the gang. Thanks to her yang tak jemu-jemu bagi support. Sure miss the time being spent being their neighbour back then in JB.

These cuppies were made for Kak Kay again for her daughter. And guess what, I got to eat free nasi dagang once again, yippee......

Ordered by Saidah for her sister, Arynn for her 'Merisik' day. Sure do hope it won't be long for the engagement day to come...

Made a favour for a friend recently. It's Coconut Blossom, and it's only RM 1.00 for 4 pieces. Anyone interested for a bite? You can certainly order these little morsel.

It wasn't easy trying to cook up something for a boy, let alone an architecture student. It was Miss V's idea on the Lego theme so we had a go on it. Hope the birthday boy loves it as much as we enjoyed making it.

Princess Theme Birthday Cupcakes

When Mimi asked to make some mini cupcakes for Ina's daughter, I was wondering as to how am I going to send them. Lucky thing Miss V came to the rescue. She went back to JB earlier than expected and brought the cakes together with her. Phewww..... what a relief.

Last Part of Fancy Cookies

Zaida's birthday was just around the corner when she ordered the fancy cookies to be given away to her office colleague. By chance, Fauzi (my brother) and family came over the weekend so I transported the cookies through him. I forgot to allow some allowance for breakage due to the distance hence I promised her I will replace it with Hari Raya cookies instead. Sorry Zaida, jangan serik........

Shepherd's Pie

It was Mirza's birthday so we decided to cook a storm for him. Not the normal birthday spread one could imagine though. After a quick discussion we decided to settle for Nasi Goreng Kampung that comes with condiments such as keropok and fiery sambal belacan, shepherd's pie and chocolate fudge cake. What a combination! After all it's the birthday boy's fav food so be it. Anyway here's a peep of the shepherd's pie. The rest of the food just vanished into thin air...........

Hooray! Hooray! It's a holi-holiday! (These are lyrics from one of Boney M songs which I can still recall). The kids are excited and I am relieved not to be their chauffer for 2 weeks. I am desperately in need of time for some spring cleaning. I still have a few cartons to be sorted out, neatly placed and folded since we moved from JB. Wow! the thought of it already makes me sweating. After some thinking I decided to leave the mission alone at the moment and head towards the nearest mall for a cuppa...

All these mini cupcakes ordered by Mimi and The Gang. Great doing business with you guys. Lucky thing Miss V was on her way to JB so she got to be the courier girl as well for the day.
