Just thought of sharing my baking blunder. I have a lot of those previously and I just came across one last week. Baked an orange cake and sprinkled it with dried cranberries. Made it in a hurry and hey presto all the cranberries sinked to the bottom. I forgot to coat them with flour.
Tastewise it's okay but aesthetic wise thumbs down. Sakit mata memandang.....

Moral of the story - Don't attempt to bake when time is not on your side...

Another tiny morsel, these muffettes are a breeze to make and to eat. They make great lunch box filler as it contain corn bits, sausages and grated cheddar cheese.
